AMANTRA

To confirm the reservation of any of our services, an initial payment equivalent to 50% of the total price of the service per person is required. In the case of the Inca Trail, the initial payment is 60% of the total price. Once the initial payment is confirmed, within 24 hours, you will receive in your email, a document with the Itinerary and all the details of the service contracted with AMANTRA.

Payment of the remaining balance.

The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the start of the tour or upon arrival in Cusco, either in our office or at the hotel where you are staying for your convenience. Reservations that are not cancelled within the established deadline must be cancelled in full (no show).

AMANTRA will contact you to arrange the payment before the start of the tour.

All reservations will receive a response within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp. In case you do not receive a response within the indicated time, we kindly ask you to contact us through our hotline 084 658472 or our mobile numbers +51 981 359 438 | +51 974 529 775.

A.- Payments via PayPal.

The PayPal option can be used for both initial and final payment.

Please note that PayPal charges an 8% transaction fee. This means that if you need to pay a deposit of US $300.00, you will need to transfer US $324.00.

After payment is made, we request that you send us the transaction confirmation email you received from PayPal.

If you choose this option for final payment, the transaction must be made one month in advance of the service.

NOTE: We inform you that our banks in Peru work with intermediary banks for international deposits, which charge a commission for the transfer of between US$40 to US$90.
